Start a fundraiser

Fundraising events are a great way to help raise vital funds for animals, spread the word about World Animal Protection's work, and have some fun all at the same time

Here are two simple steps to get you started:

1. Decide on your fundraising event

Whether you are an individual, an organization or a school, there are many ways that you can help make a difference to animals’ lives. You can have a cake, yard or craft sale, or ask friends to sponsor you for a run, walk or swim. Download our Community Fundraising Guide for more information. Feel free to get creative for animals!

2. Let us know about your event

Fill in and send us a Fundraising Event Information Form. Completed forms can be sent to info@worldanimalprotection.us.org or mailed to:

World Animal Protection
450 Seventh Avenue, 31st Floor
New York, NY 10123

Don’t worry if every detail of your event is not finalized yet. Fill out the form to the best of your knowledge and then we can send you some materials for your event, such as our World Animal Protection newsletters with animal rescue stories.

Once you’ve had your event, please tell us how it went and send us pictures! We’d love to share your efforts and inspire others to help animals. You might be featured here on our website, in social media or in our newsletter.

Got a special event coming up?

World Animal Protection has also teamed up with ECHOage to offer a new and exciting way to celebrate your special events, such as birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, and more, while also helping protect animals!

Instead of your guests giving lots of little gifts, they can easily contribute when they RSVP and the money given is split between a meaningful group gift (of your choice) and World Animal Protection. All your guests will receive tax receipts for their charitable contributions.

ECHOage provides all the tools you need to plan your event. Get started and plan your next event today!

It is only through the dedication and generosity of our supporters, like you, that we are able to protect animals in need across the globe
